Information you provide directly: name, address, phone number, email, date of birth, and details about the property, vehicle, or risk you're insuring.
Information from third parties: carrier quotes, motor vehicle records, and, if you choose to use it, information pulled from your existing insurance carrier via Canopy Connect, a service that requires your explicit authorization before any data is accessed.
Information collected automatically: pages visited, general location, and device information via standard analytics tools.
How we use your information (GLBA)
As a licensed insurance agency, Firehouse is a "financial institution" under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We use nonpublic personal financial information to provide quotes, service policies, process claims, and communicate with you about your coverage.
We do not sell your nonpublic personal financial information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your rights (Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Tennessee, and Utah residents)
If you are a resident of Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Tennessee, or Utah, state privacy law gives you the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, access and correct that data, delete it, and opt out of certain processing including targeted advertising.
